Martin Miksits ING MAG MSC

Martin Miksits is founder and managing director of SYDE Consultations. He works as systemic consultant and trainer with leaders, teams and organizations. His special interests are organizational transitions, structural and cultural change and strategic cooperations. He teaches a master class of managers and consultants in systemic leadership and organization studies at the internationally renowned Kensington Consultation Centre in London.

Martin draws on more than 20 years of experience working in and with organizations, mostly in international management. These include assignments as a global change program manager leading major strategic change initiatives in a global energy company. He worked as a business development manager and sales manager in North Latin America, as a project manager for merger and acquisition projects in the Netherlands and in Belgium and had roles in change management, sales and project management in Austria and in the UK.

Martin has a degree in business administration from the Vienna University for Business Administration and Economics and two Master of Science (MSc) degrees in systemic practice from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.

Dorothea Miksits  MAG MSC

Dorothea Miksits is working as a psychologist and consultant with children, parents, teachers and schools. Her interests include systemic supervision and the development of professionals in the education and child care sector.

Dorothea has worked with organizations to analyze issues of motivation and work satisfaction and has a broad experience in child care and development. This includes work in Kindergartens (Austria), Nursery Schools (Netherlands), clinical work with bereaved children and work with families with children with special needs (UK).

Dorothea is working as psychotherapist at the Kensington Consultation Centre in London, at the South Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health Centre (UK) and in private practice. She has a degree in psychology from the University of Vienna and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in systemic psychotherapy from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.

Marion Zeilhofer MAG

Marion Zeilhofer is working as systemic coach and business consultant. She is interested to enable organizational growth through collaborative development of structure, processes and people and has successfully led projects in this area.

Marion has an extensive commercial background and has taken lead roles in project and line settings in marketing, occupational health and health promotion, adult education and human resource development. She has experience with social services coordination, learning and inter-service collaboration at Austrian and European level.

Marion is a certified coach and has developed and delivered services in the field of staff development including assessment, selection, training and coaching. She holds a Magister degree in business administration of the Vienna University of Business Administration and Economics. She is as well a scholar of psychology and has worked as research assistant and tutor at the Faculty for Psychology of the University of Vienna.
