Following our clients' interest in achieving the next level of work safety performance and building on our experience with systemic approaches for safety consulting and leadership development we now offer a unique seminar in Safety Leadership.

 

We address managers and safety leaders who are responsible for work safety and safety development and who are open to new and innovative leadership approaches. Seminars of typically three modules of 2 workshop days each, i.e. 6 days in total and will be adapted to your organization's needs.

 

The work is case based, we will introduce and practice methods and approaches from our consulting work and relate them to the actual cases brought by participants and participating organizations. The workshop is designed to build safety leadership and to support your specific safety objectives or projects.
